PICKLED MUSHROOMS
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Water
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp Ground White Pepper
1 pound Fresh Mushrooms
1 Red or Green Bell Pepper (sliced)
Combine and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Tastes really good if left overnight.
